ENROLMENT
Enrolment on an italian4foreigners course is subject to the following conditions:
- Minimum age for courses: 16
- Please send the enrolment form to the school via post, fax or internet, together with proof of payment of € 170,00 as deposit.
- Once you have received confirmation from the school, and at least 20 days before the beginning of the course, please send the remaining balance.
- Students enrolling less than 20 days before the beginning of the course will have to pay the global tuition fee in addition to the € 70,00 enrolment fee.

Cancellations have to be sent to the school via letter, telegram or fax.
- If cancellation is communicated more than 20 days before the course start date the school will refund € 100,00 (part of the deposit) and keep the € 70,00 registration fee, which will continue to be valid for a year.
- If cancellation is communicated less than 20 days before the beginning of the course or once the course has started the school will keep the equivalent to one week’s course fees + the enrolment fee, and refund the difference.
- If cancellation is communicated after the course has started then no refund is due.
The school has negotiated special accommodation deals in the area for italian4foreigners students. To obtain discounted prices students can contact the hotels or bed and breakfasts recommended by the school directly, stating that they are italian4foreigners students.
Lessons take place from Monday to Friday, in the morning or afternoon. Lessons on national or local public holidays will not take place and are non refundable.
The school reserves the right to cancel a course if the minimum number of participants is not reached.
We recommend students take out an insurance policy which covers them in the event of illness, accidents, theft or loss of personal belongings. EU citizens with a valid E111 form are entitled to free medical assistance. This form can be obtained from the students’ local health authorities.
Students who are not resident in the EU have to ask their local authorities whether they are covered by insurance when they are abroad. If not we recommend they take out an insurance policy with comprehensive cover and ensure they keep their certificate with them. |
